(OTC: WINV, the “Company”) announced today that its upcoming special meeting of stockholders (the “Special Meeting”), which was previously scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Eastern Time, on August 22, 2025, has been postponed to a later date. The meeting date of the Special Meeting will be announced when determined by the board of directors of the Company. The record date for the Special Meeting will be September 30, 2025.
