PHILADELPHIA, Aug. 27, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Urban Outfitters, Inc. (NASDAQ:URBN), a leading lifestyle products and services company which operates a portfolio of global consumer brands including the Anthropologie, Free People, FP Movement, Urban Outfitters and Nuuly brands, today announced record net income of $143.9 million and earnings per diluted share of $1.58 for the three months ended July 31, 2025. For the six months ended July 31, 2025, net income was a record $252.2 million and earnings per diluted share were $2.73.

J.P. Morgan analyst Matthew R. Boss raised Urban Outfitters price target from $54 to $56, maintaining a Neutral rating. The company reported Q4 adjusted EPS of $1.04, surpassing expectations. This was driven by a 16.8% YoY gross profit increase, beating forecasts.

Urban Outfitters total sales grew to $1.201 billion, but it "continued to meaningfully lag," Dana Telsey says.

Urban Outfitters reported first-quarter earnings of 69 cents per share, beating analyst estimates of 52 cents per share, according to Benzinga Pro. The company reported first-quarter sales of $1.2 billion, beating analyst estimates of $1.17 billion. Sales were up 7.8% on a year-over-year basis.
