(NYSE:UMH) (TASE:UMH) reported Total Income for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 of $66.6 million as compared to $60.3 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2024, representing an increase of 10%. Net Income Attributable to Common Shareholders amounted to $2.5 million or $0.03 per diluted share for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Net Income Attributable to Common Shareholders of $527,000 or $0.01 per diluted share for the quarter ended June 30, 2024.
