NXPNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Boards of Trustees of Nuveen California Select Tax-Free Income Portfolio (NYSE: NXC), Nuveen New York Select Tax-Free Income Portfolio (NYSE: NXN), and Nuveen Select Tax-Free Income Portfolio (NYSE: NXP) have approved a proposal to reorganize the funds.
