JPI(NYSE:JPI) CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Common shareholders of Nuveen Preferred Securities & Income Opportunities Fund (NYSE: JPI) and preferred shareholders of Nuveen Preferred & Income Opportunities Fund (NYSE: JPC) have approved a proposal to merge the funds.
