SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--WD-40 Company (NASDAQ:WDFC) today announced that its board of directors declared on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 a quarterly dividend of $0.94 per share, payable July 31, 2025 to stockholders of record at the close of business on July 18, 2025.
