(NASDAQ: SLXN) (“Silexion Therapeutics” or the “Company”), a clinical-stage biotech developing RNA interference (RNAi) therapies for KRAS-driven cancers, today announced the pricing of a public offering of an aggregate of  1,500,000 of the Company’s ordinary shares (or ordinary share equivalents), series A warrants to purchase up to  1,500,000 ordinary shares and series B warrants to purchase up to 1,500,000 ordinary shares at a combined public offering price of $4.00 per share (or per ordinary share equivalent) and accompanying warrants.
