LAKE FOREST, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Packaging Corporation of America (NYSE: PKG) today reported fourth quarter 2025 net income of $102 million, or $1.13 per share, and net income of $209 million, or $2.32 per share, excluding special items. Fourth quarter net sales were $2.4 billion in 2025 and $2.1 billion in 2024.
