(“Oklo” or the “Company”) (NYSE: OKLO), an advanced nuclear technology company, today announced the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 6,666,667 shares of its Class A common stock, $0.0001 par value (“common stock”), by the Company at a price to the public of $60.00 per share. In connection with the offering, the Company also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,000,000 shares
