MKS Announces Proposed Private Offering of €1.0 Billion of Senior Notes

(NASDAQ: MKSI) (“MKS”) today announced that it intends to offer €1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2034 (the “notes”) in a private offering (the “offering”).
