(NASDAQ:FLXS), announced its Board of Directors declared an increased quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, payable July 7, 2025, to shareholders of record as of June 25, 2025. The $0.20 per share quarterly dividend is an increase of over 17% from the previous quarterly dividend. Flexsteel has paid cash dividends on its common stock each year since 1938.
