EnWave Announces Grant of Stock Options and RSRs

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Dec. 16, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- EnWave Corporation (TSX-V:ENW | FSE:E4U) (“EnWave”, or the "Company") announced today that it has granted employees and officers of the Company an aggregate of 1,410,000 incentive stock options (the “Options”) under its amended and restated share option plan (the “Plan”). All employees received part of the Options. The Options are exercisable at a price of $0.36 per share for a term of five years, and will vest in one-third increments over eighteen months in accordance with the provisions of the Plan.
