Diversified Royalty Corp. Announces September 2025 Cash Dividend

(DIV) VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Sept. 03, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Diversified Royalty Corp. (TSX: DIV and DIV.DB.A) (the “Corporation” or “DIV”) is pleased to announce that its board of directors has approved a cash dividend of $0.02292 per common share for the period of September 1, 2025 to September 30, 2025, which is equal to $0.275 per common share on an annualized basis. The dividend will be paid on September 29, 2025 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 15, 2025.
