(NASDAQ: CJET) (the “Company” or “Chijet”), a high-tech enterprise engaged in the development, manufacture, sales, and service of traditional fuel vehicles and new energy vehicles (“NEV”), today announced the pricing of its previously announced public offering of an aggregate of 13,560,000 shares of its Class A ordinary shares, and warrants to purchase up to 13,560,000 Class A ordinary shares, at a combined public offering price of $0.59 per share and accompanying warrants.
