BWXT Names Rik Geiersbach Chief Strategy Officer

(NYSE: BWXT) announced today that Rik Geiersbach has been named chief strategy officer, reporting directly to Rex Geveden, president and chief executive officer. Geiersbach most recently served as vice president of strategy and corporate development at The Boeing Company. “As chief strategy officer, Rik will lead the development, execution and integration of BWXT’s enterprise strategy and merger and acquisition initiatives,” said Geveden.
