(NYSE: AII) (“American Integrity,” “we,” “us,” “our” and the “Company”) announced today the pricing of an underwritten secondary public offering of 3,000,000 shares of its common stock by certain of its stockholders (the “Selling Stockholders”) at a public offering price of $20.00 per share. In connection with the offering, certain of the Selling Stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an
