ProFrac Holding Corp. Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Class A Common Stock

WILLOW PARK, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ProFrac Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: ACDC) (“ProFrac” or the “Company”) today announced the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 18,750,000 shares of its Class A common stock (the “Offering”) at a price to the public of $4.00 per share, for gross proceeds of approximately $75.0 million before deducting the underwriting discount and other estimated offering expenses. The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase
