GREENWICH, Conn., Aug. 15, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Associated Capital Group, Inc. (NYSE: AC) (âACâ or the âCompanyâ) announced today that it has given formal notice to the New York Stock Exchange (âNYSEâ) of its intention to voluntarily delist its Class A common stock (the âcommon stockâ) from the NYSE and to deregister under Section 12(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the âExchange Actâ). Following the de-listing from the NYSE, we expect to provide liquidity to ACâs Class A stock shareholders by listing AC Class A on the OTCQX platform (the âOTCQXâ). AC plans on filing a Form 25 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the âSECâ) on or about August 25, 2025. The last day of trading in ACâs common stock on the NYSE will be on or about September 4, 2025, when the Form 25 takes effect.
